SUMMARY
Keyboard arrow key navigation does not work properly when logged in with Wayland.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Super Key
2. Up arrow
3. Right arrow
4. Up arrow

OBSERVED RESULT
Main menu navigates up (opened "Power / Session" submenu collapses, and menu highlight moves up to "Help")

EXPECTED RESULT
Highlight should move up/down in the opened "Power / Session" submenu.
