DESC: Turning Off main desktop monitor (SONY 32" TV) and back on again results in main monitor becoming black and the TV shows it's own WORD/TEXT Display for the Currently Selected Input (HDMI X), where X is the HDMI port number
The SONY Bravia TV Sets always end up showing the Currently Chosen Input Method on the screen whenever a video/picture signal is expected but none is currently presenting itself to the TV Sets currently chosen input method

RESULT:

SONY 32" Monitor gives a black screen - Description above

FURTHER INFO:

It is usually possible to logout (either by pressing the PC's power button or logging out via an Application Menu on another monitor) and then log back in again to restore operations to the way they were before the issue started
However, upon repeating the above monitor off/on issue often results in all monitors having a black screen and no ability to logout and sometimes one cannot use any monitor to run apps
and a manual PC button re-boot is nessessary.

NOTES:

I have had no problems using the Motherboards Internal VGA Output connected to my 32" TV/Monitor - All Monitors & Displays are 100% completely stable whenever turning any of the Monitors/TV's off and back on again using VGA.

Issue has persisted on at least 3 previous kernel releases as well
