Reproducible: Sometimes

Steps to Reproduce:
1. connect displays to video outputs
2. set up display position or disable some of them
3. disconnect them and/or reboot

Actual Results:  
Sometime configured setup of displays drops. They will have random position. And all of them will be enabled.

Expected Results:  
Your settings are saved somewhere and not drops after reboot/reconnecting displays.

It is very annoying because with 3 outputs enabled (laptop screen, hdmi and vga) plasma or kscreen or whatever are very buggy and I can only do re-login to fix it and work. :(
Unfortunately my laptop can't know that there is no vga cables connected. It just tries to use vga always. 

Please ask me any questions. I want to fix it.

Thank you for the bug report. Unfortunately we were not able to get to it yet. Can we ask you to please check if this is still an issue with Plasma 5.25 or 5.26?

If it is, please change the status to CONFIRMED when replying. If not, or if you can't because you no longer use this setup, you can change the status to RESOLVED WORKSFORME. Thanks a lot!
