STEPS TO REPRODUCE
Lauch Desktop grid 

OBSERVED RESULT
The grid works, but when window is dragged to another desktop, windows on that desktop don't resize or change their positions.

EXPECTED RESULT

When a window is dragged, other windows move smoothly. This did work in previous versions.

SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS

Linux/KDE Plasma: Manjaro stable, linux 5.16
KDE Plasma Version: plasma 5.23.4 (the bug occured earlier, since plasma 5.23)
KDE Frameworks Version: 5.89.0
