What I'd like to do :)

SUMMARY
When kate's window is splitted vertically and/or horizontally, it would be greate to be able to move the opened documents tabs between splits.

In order to cleanup the tabs for a split, it would also be great to remove some tabs without removing the document from the documents list.

Implementated with the above MR. Would be great if you could try it our before the release to help stabilize it more.
