Positions and sizes before and after computer restart

SUMMARY

Dear KDE Developers, I have noticed that several plasma widgets change their sizes and positions when I restart the machine. I have two monitors; all widgets are in one of them.

I have attached a PDF showing the disposition and size of the widgets before and after a full restart.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Arrange your widgets in the position and size you prefer
2. Restart the machine 

OBSERVED RESULT
* All the widgets are in slight different positions, but the sizes change a lot

EXPECTED RESULT
* All widgets should retain their positions and sizes
