SUMMARY

Some widgets change size slightly on reboot if not locked. Ability to lock easily removed in Plasma 5.18.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Reboot.
2. Resize Widgets.
3. Reboot again.

OBSERVED RESULT
Widgets change size slightly.

EXPECTED RESULT
Widgets remain the same size as before reboot.

SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS
Windows: 
macOS: 
Linux/KDE Plasma: Kubuntu 20.04.1 clean install

KDE Plasma Version: 5.18.5
KDE Frameworks Version: 5.68.0
Qt Version: 5.12.8

This should have been completely fixed in 5.26 by various changes.

Anyone reading this who's using Plasma 5.26 and still has an issue, please file a new bug report. Thanks!
