SUMMARY
When you annotate a screenshot and the preview is zoomed in, the drawing tool move the image instead of drawing on it.
If you move very slowly you can trace a line for a small period of time.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Take a screenshot with spectacle
2. Annotate
3. Draw with the pen

OBSERVED RESULT
The image (preview) move.

EXPECTED RESULT
The tool should draw.
