Is this different from Bug 446461?

(In reply to Nate Graham from comment #1) > Is this different from Bug 446461? it isnt, no idea why the user reported twice. lets keep the one with better title, both bug reports are identical.
I am having the problem, but only panels have the trouble. Docks are behaving as expected, but this may be because of my Autohiding settings.
Dev preferences aside, is it technically feasible to allow usage of panels while using overview, or is there some sort of kwin limitation on what has focus etc? (I personally want to use panels / docks while in overview, whether it's to drag soemthing from kwin to a panel, or access indicator/volume while in a full screen app, etc. But was curious if that is even a feasibility.)
Sorry ignore/delete Comment #5. I commented on wrong bug because i had wrong tab open. The right bug also has link to merge request with more discussion.
