SUMMARY
When you change your desktop's accent color at System Settings->Appearance->Color while having the Files page open in the background, Elisa doesn't refresh the folder icons on that page to follow the current color scheme. You have to restart Elisa to see you accent color changes applied there.

I would expect Elisa to update the color of those folders automagically, the same way Dolphin does.
