Description elypter 2021-11-16 19:22:29 UTC
SUMMARY

when pressing meta+<x> you can bring the window at position <x> into focus. pressing it again hides it. holding however just switches hiding and unhiding in quick succession which is not very useful. instead a long press of the shortcut should toggle maximize the window a single time.

Heh perhaps
Comment 2 Fabian Arndt 2024-05-30 22:43:55 UTC
Probably a duplicate of / caused by BUG 141968, but I'm leaving it open.
Comment 3 Nate Graham 2024-06-12 13:34:19 UTC
In this case no, since the Task Manager isn't using KGlobalAccel to launch and activate windows.

Yeah I think this is in the "then don't do that" category. 😬

I'm still convinced that this _could_ be problematic for people with epilepsy, but maybe it's not and that's why no one has ever complained about it or we were just lucky so far and no one with this syndrome has run into a stuck / holding key combination.
