SUMMARY On Wayland, after update from 5.23.1 to 5.23.2, instead of classical desktop session, I have black screen, no visible panel (but working), only window content and decoration. Also, if I relaunch plasmashell from console, I have many many many messages like this: qt.qpa.wayland: Could not create EGL surface (EGL error 0x321c)
Created attachment 142933 [details] An example of the issue Desktop with no Wallpaper, no visible Panel (but exists), 2 consoles with transparency+blur, and calendar opened from clock in the right corner but nothing appear just the transparency+blur effect on it.
Trying to force gui-libs/egl-wayland from 1.1.7-r1 to 1.1.9 seems to make things better, I have a wallpaper, no messages about EGL error, but everything is really slow, the panel appears only if I put my mouse on the bottom edge, but panel does not work at all and makes plasmashell crash many times.
Yeah it's a known regression in egl-wayland 1.1.8. *** This bug has been marked as a duplicate of bug 442241 ***
