STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Have a file named "firefox swap disabled crash"
2. Move that file to the bottom of the screen
3. Try to rename it inline

OBSERVED RESULT
Input field for file name goes out of the screen / below the task manager

EXPECTED RESULT
Input field for file name does not go out of the screen / below the task manager

This is partly a duplicate of https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=475873

but that one has two issues (being under panel and the scrolling), so not marking as such yet.

Ah sorry, the other way around, the other bug is only about scrolling, this one is about two issues.

Ah, actually, I mingled it in my head. Sorry for the noise, the bugs are similar but different and not overlapping at all. Oh how I wish bugzilla comments were editable :-D.

This one is also fixed now; I can't reproduce it either with a panel at the bottom of the screen, or without one.
