SUMMARY

Widget style KCM entry has disappeared in System Settings.


STEPS TO REPRODUCE

1. Fully update kdesrc-build
2. Open System Settings
3. Navigate to Global Themes
4. Widget style KCM is missing

The KCM in question certainly seems to exist:
