window config dialog

SUMMARY

Missing option to be able to selected position and location size for the window. I am seeing this in Blender and also Kate.


STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open Blender or Kate
2. rick-click on titlebar -> More Action -> Config Special Window

OBSERVED RESULT

EXPECTED RESULT

Option to set location and size of window.

The 1st pic got confused and I clicked on Kate while someone ended showing the missing properties button.
