SUMMARY
Some controls below the main content area in the "Edit {Application,Window}-Specific Settings" window are hidden unless the window is resized.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Right click title bar
2. Choose "More Actions" -> "Configure Special ... Settings"

OBSERVED RESULT
In the dialog there is no "Add Property" button. It appears after slightly resizing the window in any dimension.

EXPECTED RESULT
The controls should be shown by default.
