Add property button is missing

The button "add property" disappeared when you want to set on which screen an application should be opened (in case of 2 monitors)


STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. open an application
2. right click on application top bar and select "More actions > Configure Special Application Settings"


OBSERVED RESULT
In the Window Rules, there is no add property button in Plasma 5.22.5, while it should be to allow user to select screen and set on which screen should open the application

EXPECTED RESULT
As in previous version, Add Property button should be available to set new properties.
