STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. minimize all windows
2. open kickoff
3. drag any app and try to drop it on desktop

OBSERVED RESULT
dragged icon is not dropped on desktop

EXPECTED RESULT
dragged icon is dropped on desktop

Looks like icons don't respond to any sort of dragging anymore, so Favourites become impossible to rearrange and dragging app icons to the desktop or (icons only) task manager becomes impossible as well
