Description Arjen Hiemstra 2021-09-16 14:47:05 UTC
SUMMARY
With two displays setup to be mirrored, the overview effect is only rendered on one of the two displays. The other display will display an inactive search field and a gray background, that flickers while you move the mouse around.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Have two displays and set them up to be mirrored, in my case my laptop display becomes a mirror of the external display.
2. Activate the overview effect.

OBSERVED RESULT
Overview only shows up on one display, in my case the laptop display. The other display renders a flickering gray rectangle with a text field.

EXPECTED RESULT
The overview renders the exact same way on the second display.

The client filter model was changed so it's more "friendly" with mirrored outputs. Since we haven't received new bug reports, I think this issue can be closed.
