SUMMARY
ofximporter plugin attempts to download a list of financial institutions from ofxhome.com. On macOS it fails due to a permission error, possibly because the plugin attempts to save it to a protected location (see screenshot attached).

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Try to map an account using ofximporter plugin

OBSERVED RESULT
"Could not write to (...)" error

EXPECTED RESULT
Plugin should download list of institutions just fine.
