Seems to be cleared after

    sddm-0.19.0+p20.04+tunstable+git20210823.0857-0.amd64
        modern display manager for X11

and/or maybe

    polkit-kde-agent-1-4:5.22.4+p20.04+tunstable+git20210823.1305-0.amd64
        KDE dialogs for PolicyKit

Updated via pkcon. The prompts on logon or running discover have now gone. Thanks!
