SUMMARY
Plasma triggers the password dialog seen in the attached screenshot immediately after login to X11 session of neon unstable. This password dialog does not
appear after login to Wayland session.

EXPECTED RESULT
Plasma should not ask for password to read smart data

neon unstable also asks for password before suspend to RAM.
Is this behavior caused by the same SSD bug?

I've added this as a patch to our package in unstable.  SDDM isn't a KDE project and I don't know why it hasn't got merged there but nothing we should suffer from.

My neon unstable runs sddm 0.19.0+p20.04+tunstable+git20220122.0034-0 and I can't reproduce this bug.

Downgrading to 0.8.1 provided by ubunth solved the issue for me however
