SUMMARY
I have set the two dividers so that they are on both sides of the widget in the center. (It is important that the center widget does not change its size)
For example, this is a digital clock widget.
As a result, the widget is centered, which is good.
In addition to this widget, along the edges of the panel, I also have several other widgets.
They are also in place, and everything seems to be looking good.
Problems start when I expand and minimize windows, or change them.
When changing windows, some of my widgets in this panel change their width (for example, Global Menu and Actibe Window Control). It's okay for them, but!
As a result, the widget in the center of the panel, between the two dividers, shifts slightly to the left and right and sometimes twitches.
Again, this only works if the widget in the center is one of those that do not change its size. For example, it could be a digital clock.
As far as I understand, this is a problem in that the separators do not immediately respond to changing the width of the widgets, so some offset is noticeable.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Maximize the window-minimize the window that affects the resizing widgets (Global Menu and Actibe Window Control) in the panel.

EXPECTED RESULT
Widgets in the center of the panel, between the two dividers, do not move a few pixels and sometimes "twitch".

OBSERVED RESULT
Widgets in the center of the panel, do not move between the two dividers.
