SUMMARY STEPS TO REPRODUCE 1. Either on : Initial Boot/Reboot/Adding Desktop Icons/Moving Desktop Icons Icons are setup as Right Aligned & In Columns. Setting Desktop Icons as "LOCKED" stops SOME of the movement from right to left and back. 2. Easiest way to reproduce is to add a software package and then manually try to position it's Icon on Desktop. 3. Have attached Desktop Recording so you can see what I mean. Movement of Icons is at TIME CODE 2:35 prior to that I display system Info. OBSERVED RESULT Icons which are RIGHT ALIGNED move or appear on LEFT of Desktop, then when you select to move them they jump to RIGHT of Desktop. EXPECTED RESULT Expect Icons to stay in place, UNTIL MANUALLY moved. Especially as the "LOCKED" attribute is set.
