Description adrian 2021-06-30 20:40:02 UTC
SUMMARY
On resolution of https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=439228 I found several problems with the file system expose plugin. This one reports the forcing of the name "home" for the "document" location.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. On phone, with title of connection showing at top, select "Plugin settings" from three dots menu.
2. Select Add location
3. Choose the folder "Documents"

OBSERVED RESULT
The folder is exported as the name "home"

EXPECTED RESULT
Freedom to call it what I want. "Home" in linux terms is the name for the folder above Documents (on OpenSuse at least) and so not even correct. A consequence of this seems to be that other folders with system names become mapped below this export even if they are peers on the phone. Some other peer folders which I created eg Documents-2 cannot be exported after this. They just get a red exclamation in the "location" field of the confirmation box.
It is impossible to delete these assignments (separately reported), so I cannot reproduce the steps to check.
Previous versions allowed me to export Documents as Documents.
