Description stardust 2021-06-27 13:41:47 UTC
SUMMARY
it would be very efficient and nice if we have a wrapped text style in TOC sidebar(as in firefox) instead of elided text in toc in okular. whenever toc has long text it gets very hard and annoying to resize sidebar every time someone have to read the toc and it takes a lot of screen. i reied to explain well , i hope u got my point. looking forward for this feature. :)

There is a stalled merge request, but seems stalled

Wrapping long text is problematic if they occupy too many rows (and it happens very often if the outline titles are long). I don't think this is a good solution.

I suggest an alternative solution: "hover to show a tooltip that displays the whole title".
