SUMMARY

While reporting a bug with drkonqi I noticed that tooltips do not appear at the right place

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open a drkonqi window
2. Maximize it vertically
3. Put the mouse pointer on the "Close" button
4. Wait for the tooltip to appear

OBSERVED RESULT

tooltip appears where it would have if the window had not been maximized

EXPECTED RESULT

tooltip appears at the usual location

Linux: Ubuntu 21.04
KDE Plasma Version: 5.22
KDE Frameworks Version: 5.83

Can't reproduce on my end and since your Qt version is ancient I'm certain this is not worth pursuing in any form or fashion as the issue is likely inside Qt anyway - drkonqi doesn't really place tooltips manually, Qt takes care of where they are to be drawn.

I made a mistake while typing the Qt version.  It really is:
