Temperature value appears on top of other icons

When I set temperature to be shown beside widget icon in Weather config dialog, temperature appears on top of other icons. See attached image for more info.

I can reproduce.

Additionally if applet is hidden into the popup tray text with temperature is spilled over another applet.

Actually this was a two-part fix:

- https://invent.kde.org/plasma/kdeplasma-addons/-/commit/271f900e12e577a7bd87a5c0bdaeb6abb9d1be97 fixed the bug that "show beside icon" was even visible at all; it wasn't supposed to be when the icon is in the System Tray. This is fixed in Plasma 5.24.8
- https://invent.kde.org/plasma/kdeplasma-addons/-/commit/f75b778a7c5d213fb698a314845a0093fec89d0f adds a new option to show the temperature in an overlay, which is available when the icon is in the System Tray, which works. This is implemented in Plasma 5.27
