SUMMARY
Currently, the SDDM background option requires admin access and is a bit hidden.  

STEPS TO REPRODUCE

EXPECTED RESULT
The two backgrounds settings being synced.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
It would be good to keep the an option to make them separate, to who wants the two backgrounds to be different.
