I have 3 screens, and when I want to change the wallpaper I need to repeat the operation 3 times once for each screen. Considering that I have multiple activities, the time I need to repeat the operation is even higher. It would be nice to have an "Apply to all desktop" button, so that once chosen a wallpaper it's applied to all the screen (in the same activity). (Actually I'm not one that change wallpapers so often, but currently I often have the need to change wallpaper, just because the multimonitor configuration mess it up. Still I think it's an useful feature in general.) Reproducible: Always

There are other ways to work around this. You can use the plasma-apply-wallpaperimage to set the desktop at least across all desktops in one go.
https://invent.kde.org/plasma/plasma-workspace/-/merge_requests/2458 has landed for Plasma 6, which allows this from the context menu. Still need to add a config UI somewhere in System Settings or the desktop wallpaper dialog to do it too.
