SUMMARY
Writing a German Umlaut (ä,ö,ü) in text comment, it will get deleted automatically.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Select Text comment tool
2. Write something containing ä,ö or ü
3. Click "ok" to finish commenting and see that the Umlaut is deleted

OBSERVED RESULT
Umlauts get deleted

EXPECTED RESULT
Umlauts are displayed
