SUMMARY


STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Use a Wayland session;
2. Go to Settings > Applications > Launch Feedback > enable "task manager animation".
3. Open a pinned app from the taskbar.

OBSERVED RESULT


EXPECTED RESULT
The spinning circle won't show up.
