SUMMARY
Danish character å is not rendered when written to a pdf page with 'insert text' tool.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open PDF
2. Select 'Quick Annotations' and pick 'Insert Text'
3. Type danish characters 'å'
4. Do not show up on the page, however it is rendered in the popup text-editor

OBSERVED RESULT
- Missing danish character

EXPECTED RESULT
- Rendered like normal characters on the PDF-page.
