Description Chromer 2021-02-27 12:12:02 UTC
SUMMARY
When you set icons arrangements to Columns and Align Right, on reboot or creating any files or new folder the alignment will move to left and by clicking on desktop it will back to Right again, this is a very annoying and ugly bug for incredible KDE.
This bug was on KDE 5.20 and still on 5.21

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open Configure Desktop and wallpaper, Navigate to Icons section.
2. Set arrangement to Columns and Align Right and optionally tick Lock in place.
3. Now create a new folder on Desktop, and now automatically align will move to left side and by clicking on Desktop it will back to Right.

OBSERVED RESULT

EXPECTED RESULT
It should stay on set option.
