SUMMARY


STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. open the Proxy --System Settings
2. select Use manually specified proxy configuration and apply(I entered the correct ip and port，It work well on my Windows10 computer）
3. No matter what browser I use, and curl tool,
I can't get my curl tool to be proxied.
