How Weather presents in system tray

Placing Weather widget anywhere in the panel, system tray, or notification area causes most UI elements to skew right or distort their bounding box. This persists even when dragged back onto the desktop.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Add Weather to desktop
2. Drag to panel or system tray
3. Click to view

OBSERVED RESULT

Beyond the misalignment, the entire widget can be clicked and dragged from inside the system tray/notification panel. Sometimes this is the only way to access the Details page.

EXPECTED RESULT

This widget used to be able to fit inside the notification panel in a clean, centered way.

SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS
Linux/KDE Plasma: KDE Neon User
KDE Plasma Version: 5.21.1
KDE Frameworks Version: 5.79.0
Qt Version: 5.15.2

Yeah, confirmed. I typically add it to my panel as a widget (not a System Tray item) to work around these issues.
