SUMMARY
Application Menu right side auto-switches depending on where the mouse cursor is

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Move the mouse cursor to the left bottom area of the screen
2. Press Win button to open Application Menu

OBSERVED RESULT
Depending on where the mouse cursor is placed the right side of the menu will be different

EXPECTED RESULT
After pressing Win button the menu always shows Favorites and switches right side only when user clicks on the item not on mouse-hover

I quite like the current behavior (and it seems to be intended). Maybe this should be turned into a feature request to make it configurable?

Seems to be fixed with the triangle mouse filter addition.
