SUMMARY When System Settings is not maximized, clicking e.g. Workspace Behavior or Display and Monitor switches the sidebar to contain a left arrow + the KCM group name. Their names were previously clickable, now after Plasma 5.21 only the arrow is clickable. This drastically reduces the clickable area for when the user wants to go back to the main sidebar of System Settings.
Yeah, I knew people would complain about this when we removed it to make room for the Global Themes header to be clickable. :)
