SUMMARY
As in Plasma 5.20, I should be able to launch applications using a stylus from the application launcher.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open the Application Launcher/Kickoff
2. Tap on an application launcher or other button using a stylus
3. Open the Application Menu/Kicker
4. Open an app with the stylus

OBSERVED RESULT
I can launch an application by tapping on it with a stylus in Kicker, but not Kickoff.

EXPECTED RESULT
Tapping on a button in Kickoff should launch an application, as it did in Plasma 5.20.
