SUMMARY
the inline note annotation box does not display umlauts (ä,ö,ü), but displays "normal" characters 

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open a PDF document in Okular.
2. Insert an inline note annotation.
3. Type something. I see the umlauts (ä,ö,ü) 
4. Click OK.
5. in the inline note annotation box I can see only "normal" characters and no umlauts.
