SUMMARY
With a fresh 5.21-beta install, I'm having trouble interacting with plasma applets located in the corner of the screen.  Initially, when moving my panel to the top, I tried to remove the "Show Desktop" button (Edit Panel -> Hover -> "Remove").  This wouldn't work, regardless of how many times I hit the button; moving it out of the corner allowed it to work.

Now, I was trying to edit the systray (Edit Panel -> Hover -> "Configure"), and find it's also not working reliably.

SS attached of my approximate setup; panel size is small, at around 32px.
