SUMMARY
when you recieve a notification when the screen is locked it should show on the lock screen 


STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. open a terminal and type 
2. sleep 7; notify-send "lock notification"; sleep 2 ; notify-send "another" 
3. lock the screen 

OBSERVED RESULT
no notification is shown 

EXPECTED RESULT
two notification is shown between two seconds of each other 
one lock notifcation and another

This is being worked on for Plasma Mobile, I believe. I'd like to have it on Plasma Desktop too.

Needs to be optional due to privacy and security considerations, of course.
