Description Micah Shennum 2020-12-18 13:53:29 UTC
Application: kontact (5.15.3 (20.08.3))

Qt Version: 5.15.2
Frameworks Version: 5.75.0
Operating System: Linux 5.9.13-200.fc33.x86_64 x86_64
Windowing system: X11
Distribution: Fedora 33 (KDE Plasma)

-- Information about the crash:
- What I was doing when the application crashed:
 * Connected Gmail account (first time trying this, on a fairly fresh laptop install)
 * Did not set up a new gpg key
 * Enabled the unified mailbox when prompted (did not expect to be told I had multiple accounts)
 * Paged through mail, calandar, rss, and contact tabs, (and back around again) but didn't see anything yet
 * Clicked close on the main window (I was under the impression sync would continue in the background)

- Custom settings of the application:
Gmail account used 2fa hardware key if that matters.
I have had some connectivity issues with this laptop on this wifi, but didn't notice any at the time.

-- Backtrace:
Application: Kontact (kontact), signal: Segmentation fault

Sorry for taking so long to get back. I am not able to reproduce this, but this mainly due to not being able to use kmail / kontact at this point, since I do not use kwallet, and these do not play nice with KeePassXC as a secret service. Clicking around though the menus and re-adding configurations do not generated the crash.
