The can cause static noise when touchpads or mice with free-spinning wheels spam scroll events hundreds of times a second at the tray icon. STEPS TO REPRODUCE 1. Get a mouse with a free-spinning wheel (I have a Logitech M705), or laptop touchpad (I have whatever ASUS puts in their laptops) 2. Scroll fast upwards on the volume tray icon 3. Enjoy the static OBSERVED RESULT Feedback beeps at an unbounded frequency causing static noise. EXPECTED RESULT Feedback beeps with a limited frequency, around maximum 10 times a second.
