Artifacts overview

SUMMARY
Colored line artifact in Konsole

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open Konsole
2. Type any command giving a long output

OBSERVED RESULT
A moving blue vertical line artifact appears on the leftmost border of the window. Line moves and grows/shrinks in height as lines are scrolled. It also changes in intensity (shades of blue).
I've said blue for brevity but I've noticed it changes along with the profile theme selected. It appears to be one of the highlighting colors.

Also - might be related - selecting a profile with no background transparency introduces a new visual problem you can notice in the menu bar, which goes completely transparent.

I've attached a screen capture for you to better visualize the issue.

EXPECTED RESULT
None of the above.

SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS
Linux/KDE Plasma: Fedora 33
(available in About System)
KDE Plasma Version: 5.19.5
KDE Frameworks Version: 5.73
Qt Version: 5.15.1

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Just after the update to Fedora 33.

Actually it's a new feature, see bug 425408 comment 3.

This is fun. Ok then, I'm gonna look for it in the settings (and disable it).
Thank you!

It's Edit current profile -> scrolling -> "Highlight the lines coming into view".
