Video showing label appear and disappear.

The label for the Network upload and download rate with line graph continues to appear and disappear. (see video)

The network name should display all the time.

Thanks for the report Andy. Can confirm on KDE Neon Unstable. This is an issue with the UI elements moving as data is updated.

We need to identify a way to have the labels never move perhaps by setting a static position for each label instead of having all labels in one continuously updating box.

This is due to problems with the legend implementation and happens in more places. Closing this as duplicate of 428601.
