Hi! Thank you for the product! SUMMARY Regression: lost ability to choose jpeg quality while saving. STEPS TO REPRODUCE 1. open a jpeg file (my example of a file attached) 2. click Menu `File` -> `Save As...` 3. choose `jpeg` format and any quality (tested 100%, 99, 98, 95, 90, 85, 70, 60) OBSERVED RESULT The file size is the same as origin file, so looks like no re-save/re-compression was made. EXPECTED RESULT The file size should be different from the origin file, cause re-save/re-compression should be made. SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS Operating System: Manjaro Linux KDE Plasma Version: 5.20.1 KDE Frameworks Version: 5.75.0 Qt Version: 5.15.1 Kernel Version: 5.8.16-2-MANJARO OS Type: 64-bit ADDITIONAL INFORMATION No matter of jpeg quality choice the file size is the same as origin. Not absolutely sure then it start to happens. Thank you!

Created attachment 132610 [details] q60_by_gwenview__after_working_re-save_q70_by_kolourpaint.jpg
Initial file taken from camera app and saved with `70` jpeg quality via `kolourpaint` app: re-encoding works. Second file is saved with q60 via `gwenview` and has the same size, which means that output could be simple copy of input, no matter of encoding settings in `Save As` dialog window.
