SUMMARY
-> See title

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open dolphin (happened on Wayland)
2. Drag a file from there to an app on the panel
3. Drag it back to dolphin
4. Keep dragging it around

OBSERVED RESULT
Plasma (I think) crashes - The panel disappears and reappears, the wallpaper turns black and comes back again. After I think three times the panel did not come back again.

EXPECTED RESULT
No crashes
