Dolphin ignore "access by" sort order

When I set dolphin to sort files by access time, it works for current view, but when I open new dolphin instance the access by time is set but the files are not sorted. See attached video for more info.

Operating System: Manjaro Linux
KDE Plasma Version: 5.19.5

Can confirm. Looks like the view is only getting updated when the option is toggled, not when it's set already when the window is opened or the view is changed.
