Turkish "ı" character not shown in Typewriter tool.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1.Write a comment with typewriter tool contains "ı" character.


OBSERVED RESULT
Turkish "ı" character not shown in Typewriter tool.


EXPECTED RESULT
Turkish "ı" character not shown in Typewriter tool.

SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS
Ubuntu 20.04 with Flatpak Package

If double click on comment, ı characater succesfully shown on the note that open.

When click on typewriter tool comment, "ı" character shown correct in the popup window.
